Works with

Outlook and Senda

Outlook is Microsoft's email service and app, on its own or as part of Microsoft 365.

Every Senda workspace and every shipment has its own email address. Forward a supplier's email from Outlook to it and the attachments become documents on the shipment, read like an upload.

Forwarded attachments count toward your plan's document pages.

Where Senda stops

Senda doesn't connect to Outlook or read your mailbox. It receives only what you forward to its addresses, and keeps the PDF, PNG and JPEG attachments as documents, never the message text.

Using them together

Using Outlook with Senda

Nothing to install and nothing to connect: you forward, Senda files.

  1. 1

    Get the shipment's address

On a shipment, under Email documents to this shipment, create its address and copy it. Anyone who can add documents can create one.

  2. 2

    Forward from Outlook

Forward the supplier's email to that address, attachments and all. PDF, PNG and JPEG files are accepted, up to 10 an email and 25 MB each.

  3. 3

    Find it on the shipment

Each attachment becomes a document on that shipment and is read like an upload.

  4. 4

    Or forward to the workspace

The workspace's own address is on the Documents page. An email whose subject carries a shipment's B/L or booking number is filed on that shipment; anything else waits under Inbox to file.

Each step was checked against Senda on 11 October 2026.

Keep what works

When to keep Outlook

  • Keep Outlook as where suppliers, forwarders and brokers write to you. Nothing changes about how they reach you.
  • Keep the conversation in the thread. Senda files the attachments; the back-and-forth stays in Outlook.
