Works with

Google Sheets and Senda

Google Sheets is Google's online spreadsheet, shared in the browser so several people can work in one tracker at once.

Senda keeps orders, shipments and their documents as one structured record. Customers and orders come in from a tab you download as CSV, and lists go back out as CSV for Sheets to open.

Bulk import and export are on the Operations plan.

Where Senda stops

Senda doesn't connect to Google Sheets or your Google account. Lists move as files you download and upload, an import is a one-time copy you review before it saves, and formulas stay in Sheets.

Using them together

Using Google Sheets with Senda

Lists move between Google Sheets and Senda as files; the record itself lives in Senda.

  1. 1

    Download the sheet

In Google Sheets, open the tab you want and download it as CSV from File, then Download.

  2. 2

    Import it

On the customer or order list in Senda, choose Import customers or Import orders and upload the file.

  3. 3

    Match the columns

Match your columns to Senda's fields, and review every row before anything is saved.

  4. 4

    Bring a copy back

Export customers, Export orders and Export shipments download a CSV. Open it in Google Sheets from File, then Import.

Each step was checked against Senda on 11 October 2026.

Keep what works

When to keep Google Sheets

  • Keep Sheets for quick shared lists and anything your process changes week to week. A spreadsheet will always let you add a column faster.
  • Keep a side sheet for a step Senda doesn't model. Better that than bending your process to fit the software.
  • Keep the old tracker read-only for history while the orders in flight move across.
