Invoice and packing list drafts

Senda drafts two documents from records you already keep: a commercial invoice from an order, and a packing list from a shipment. You review both and send them yourself. A missing required detail stops the draft rather than printing a blank.

What it will not do

  • Senda drafts exactly two documents: the commercial invoice and the packing list. It does not create certificates of origin, bills of lading or licences — upload those and Senda stores and reads them.
  • Drafts are drafts: you review and send them. Senda files nothing with any customs authority.
  • Drafts are Word documents; Senda does not produce PDFs of them.
