Upload an invoice, a packing list, a tally sheet or a certificate and Senda reads what it can out of it. For a layout you receive every week, draw around each value once, and every later document in that layout is read the same way. Each value points to the page and the place on that page it came from, so checking it is a glance.

- Uploading PDFs, scans, Word and Excel files from the documents library or an order
- The review screen: the page on one side, every value read from it on the other
- Confirming a value, correcting one, and how the correction is kept
- Teaching Senda a supplier's layout once, so the next document reads the same way
What it will not do
- It does not ask you to trust it blindly: a person confirms extracted values before they are relied on.
- Reading a document is not filing it. Senda files nothing with any customs authority.
- Document pages are counted against your plan's monthly allowance.
