Documents
On every planDo the documents agree?
Before your broker files, the invoice, the packing list, the bill of lading and the yard's tally should state the same totals. Senda compares the documents you have accepted on a shipment, and the tally reports saved on its orders, on pieces, volume, weights, packages, value and currency, and shows what agrees, what differs and what is missing.

What it shows you.

- Where the comparison sits on a shipment, and which documents go into it
- A lumber shipment whose packing list and two tally reports agree on pieces
- A bill of lading reviewed, accepted onto its shipment, and checked against the packing list
- Each difference beside the page it was read from, and what to do about it
- A short film of all of it, with every step written out beside it
What it will not do
- It compares only values a person has reviewed and accepted, never an unreviewed reading.
- It shows where documents differ. Deciding which one is right, and getting it corrected, stays with you, your supplier and the carrier.
- It compares the totals each document states, not each line.
- Comparing documents is not filing them. Senda files nothing with any customs authority.
