Which one fits depends on the job.

Choose Senda if

  • You import Korean cosmetics every month and want each shipment checked for MoCRA numbers, a CoA and an INCI list before it arrives.
  • Supplier invoices arrive in Korean and English, and somebody retypes them.
  • You want the Section 301 line priced on every shipment, and a clean packet in your broker's hands before the vessel lands.

Choose FDAImports if

  • A shipment is already on hold or detained, and you need someone to argue its release with FDA and draw up a reconditioning or relabeling plan.
  • You want consultants and affiliated attorneys to review your labels, claims or registration before you import. That is legal and regulatory advice, and Senda gives none.
  • Your line includes sunscreens or other OTC drugs and you need drug establishment registration, NDC labeler codes or drug listings handled.

Prevention and cure are different jobs

FDAImports says it plainly: “Rescue your shipments from FDA detentions and move them back into the U.S. market.” Its consultants and affiliated attorneys advocate before FDA and draw up reconditioning plans. Once a cosmetics shipment is detained, that is the help you want, and Senda does not replace it.

Senda's job comes earlier, and it repeats on every shipment. Korean cosmetics on free-rate lines such as 3304.99.50 now pay a 12.5% Section 301 duty under heading 9903.05.71. Every shipment brings a new invoice, a new batch and new paperwork.
